
Peer-based mental health and wellness program operated by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Champlain East in Cornwall, Ontario. Designed for adults and youth aged 16 and older living with serious mental illness, concurrent disorders, or social isolation, Starbright provides a safe, welcoming space where participants can build connections, develop life skills, and improve their overall well-being. The centre offers social and recreational activities, wellness programs, educational workshops, arts and crafts, fitness, cooking and baking groups, volunteer opportunities, and peer support, all aimed at fostering recovery, independence, and a sense of community.
