New menu rolled out at Schnitzel’s

It’s a new menu – but the great taste and in-house passion for food is evident in every selection.

Schnitzel’s European Flavours, a pillar of popularity in downtown Cornwall, has rolled out a new menu that is heavy on fan favourites, while also adding some tasty new additions to get your mouth watering.

“The main thing we want to let our guests know is that we’ve decided on doing the things we do really well,” said Justine Viray-Levac, manager at Schnitzel’s. “We can now change the menu more seasonally. We can gear a menu to the warmer weather and food most enjoyed on our patio.”

Schnitzel’s is a scratch kitchen, which means all dishes are prepared fresh in-house.

“We took three menus and brought it into one,” said Viray-Levac. “We had 160 recipes but now we’re focusing on our 55 best.”

Just what does that mean? How about apps like fresh-baked pretzels or a power salad that includes baby spinach, kale, quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts and goji berries.

And if you have room left, there’s an amazing butternut squash ravioli that includes a hazelnut cream sauce.
