Wall-to-wall fun enjoyed at Food Fest, car show and shine

CORNWALL, Ontario – Downtown Cornwall was packed full of fun, food and friendliness.

The 2017 edition of Cornwall Food Fest was jammed with events and attractions that linked Cornwall’s downtown with Lamoureux Park with food trucks, a giant stage at the corner of Pitt and First streets, as well as the popular Kinsmen InMotion Show and Shine.

The Ontario 150 Stage, located at Pitt and First, had live music from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The Kinsmen Family Zone, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., took place in Pommier Square followed by Square Dance and Line Dance demonstrations from 5 to 7 p.m.

The Entertainment Tent (which is a licensed area) included live music, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. right outside of Fantasy Realm and Kings and Little Ones.

Vendors Alley, with works from artisans and vendors in one block, took place between First and Second streets.

Foodies Lane, which was all the food vendors in one block, took place from Second to Third streets.
